Bonus Assignment Description

Each group is expected to prepare a blog by using “blogger” application. The content of your blog is up to you however as a group you should create an interesting content and then update your content continuously. After creating your blog pages, you will be creating a business plan document with all the information relevant to turn your blog into an E-commerce company. The business plan document should include the following sections;

1. Value proposition
2. Revenue model
3. Market opportunity
4. Competitive environment
5. Competitive advantage
6. Market strategy
7. Organizational development
8. Management team
9. Financial projections for next 5 years
   

As a team you are also expected to present your blog pages and your business plan briefly in class.

Dear Students,

This Blog is created for Cag University students that are registered for E-Commerce class.
The content will be about the class assignments and will display a sample for your own assignment regarding "Creating your own blog pages"!

You will work as groups, and will use "blogger" in order to create your own blog. You should come up with a topic for your own content and E-Commerce idea that turns your blog page into a possible E-commerce opportunity. As a group you are going to prepare a Business Plan document and you will be presenting your Business Plan to your class mates and a jury to be evaluated for possible investment.

A document with more details will be posted here in the following days. And you are expected to fulfill the requirements of this assignment in order to get promised grade points. You should follow up this blog page to be able to follow up the instructions and changes in order to complete the assignment.

Only the best three groups will receive bonus points. The winner group will receive 20 points! the second group will receive 15 points and the third group will receive 10 points! The rest of the groups that completed the assignment will get 5 points!
